Tiffany Waters

Medical Aesthetician and Skin Care Liaison
Tiffany Waters has been with our office since we first opened in October of 2007, and is our licensed Medical Aesthetician and Skin Care Liaison. She received her license in Cosmetology from the Academy of Hair Design in Casper, Wyoming. She then obtained extensive additional training and certification at the Colorado School of Paramedical Esthetics, for Microdermabrasion and Chemical Peels, in Lakewood Colorado. She also completed Cutera laser training and certification, and is an active member of the Society of Plastic Surgical Skin Care Specialists. Tiffany continues to educate patients with the most advanced concepts in anti-aging skin care, treatment of acne and pigmentation problems. Whether Tiffany greets you on the phone or at the front desk she can answer any skin care questions as well as communicate post surgery questions, you may have, with Dr. John L. Roussalis to ensure your concerns and needs are met.

Deb Schultes

Office Manager and Patient Care Coordinator
Deb Schultes has been with our office since we first opened in October of 2007, and is our Office Manager and Patient Care Coordinator. She obtained her License in Cosmetology from the Academy of Hair Design in Casper, Wyoming and then went on to complete a certification in skincare and make-up application though Clinique and Merle Norman. She received a Certificate of Medical Office Procedures and an Associate's Degree of Science from Casper College in Casper, Wyoming. Also, she has had several years of experience working in other medical offices. Whether Deb greets you on the phone or at the front desk, she can assist you with surgery quotes, scheduling surgery as well as all of your billing questions to ensure your surgical experience goes as smoothly as possible!
